Sales, Leasing and Association Fees
We're one of the few retirement communities that gives you the option to rent or own. Our goal is to be flexible enough so you can structure a financial situation you're comfortable with.
Sales
Sales are negotiated between owners and purchasers on a unit-by-unit basis. Please contact the Mount Vernon Towers sales and leasing agent for current prices.
Leasing
If you lease, the rental rates have been averaging the following amounts and do include the monthly association fees described below. Lease rates are negotiated between unit owners and tenants, so these examples may not be current.

| Two Bedroom | $2,620-$3,020 per month |

| Alcove | $745 per month, for which you receive all the usual condominium comforts, plus a meal credit. |
| One Bedroom | $840 per month, for which you receive all the usual condominium comforts, plus a meal credit. |
| Two Bedroom | $1020 per month, for which you receive all the usual condominium comforts, plus a meal credit. |
