Welcome Services for New Residents

We understand what it takes to make a move. There are new things to learn, faces and names to keep straight. There's not one person at the Towers who can't relate to those feelings.

It's also why we do whatever we can to make new residents feel at home.

Soon after you move in, your wellness staff, dietician, building supervisor and management will come by to see if there are any special needs they can help with.

The next thing you can expect is a visit and luncheon from our New Neighbor's Club so you and other residents can meet.

You'll also have a floor representative who'll help you to become familiar with The Towers and keep your apprised of floor functions.

Aside from our desire to help you get acquainted, we appreciate your need for privacy, too. Just know that when you're ready to meet more of your neighbors, we're there for you.
