Three Things Most Places Can't Match

There are three things Mount Vernon Towers offers that most places can't match.

For starters, condominiums here have more square footage than at other retirement communities, and that extra space becomes a real blessing over time.

Second, we're one of the few retirement communities that gives you the option to rent or own. Our goal is to be flexible enough so you can structure a financial situation you're comfortable with.

And third, we have a base association fee that covers virtually everything you'll need here, including meals and utilities (except phone and cable). If you want extra services such as laundry service, housekeeping or additional meals, we make them available at a nominal cost. That way you don't have to pay for items that aren't of your choosing. Most retirement communities don't give you that flexibility with services, making their association fees generally higher.
